• Want to get multiple looks? All un-edited images and one retouched image come included with each session, but you can add-on additional retouched images after your shoot. Your photographer will discuss your goals and desired finals photos before the shoot begins.
• Background Replacement (MVR50-150/Retouched Image)
• Want us to replace the background in your final retouched photos? You can substitute the background of your professional photos to a “blurry city” or other custom background in the editing process. Visit our headshot backgrounds page to see a full list of options.
• Expedited Delivery (MVR250/Expedited Image)
• Need your photos in a hurry? By default, your photos are sent to you the next business day. Once you select your photo(s) for retouching, they’re returned in five business days. But, with Expedited Delivery, you get your retouched image in just one business day.

A NON-REFUNDABLE, Session fee payment is paid up front on the time of booking. Packages payment is required after photos are chosen.

Timeliness is imperative for the smooth execution of each session. Additional time will not be added to a session, in the event of tardiness. After 30 minutes, session will be cancelled, and client will forfeit payment for the session.

In the event a reschedule is necessary due to inclement weather, illness, personal or family emergency, the new session date will be scheduled as soon as possible. If new date is not scheduled within 3 months from the date of purchase, Client session fee will be lost.

If the event that we are unable to perform required Work on the day of the session/event, due to illness, personal or family emergency, a full refund of session payment will be provided to Client/If the client wishes to reschedule, we will do so

The photographer will endeavor to deliver digital negative files as quickly as possible. However, this could take up to 30 - 40 days during busy periods.
